- Management of the provision and application of effective clientfacing HR advisory consultancy operational and professional services primarily to Line Management but also to employees.nbsp Activities include but are not limited to Discipline Grievance Harassment Attendance Management Performance Management Employee Resourcing Resource Planning including Protection of Employment HR Policy application.

- Providing strategic input to the Specialist Support Team on implementation of HR and Company initiatives in KSA e.g. HR Strategy implementation Behavioural Performance Feedback Performance Development Reviews Employee Opinion Survey EOS launching of new HR policies or other HR initiatives.nbsp The job holder then implements these initiatives operationally.

- Identifying and implementing business and process improvements.nbsp This is especially so with regards to the new businesses in KSA.nbsp New policies and processes need to be developed to cater for new HR activities which occur frequently in a new business environment.nbsp This also includes assisting EOCs transferring activities from BAE to the EOC.

- Ensuring all local HR activity complies with Company policies HR strategy and UK amp KSA legislative frameworks Operational Framework where appropriate.

- Development of an indigenous HR capability through the active management development coaching and motivation of local HR employees especially in the Economic Offset Companies.

- Provision of a training and coaching service to Line Management on Company HR policy amp procedure primarily delivered through HR or Learning amp Development LampD Advisors.

- Responsible locally for all operational HR issues. Objectives are set and reviewed upon completion of each task or through the PDR process which is linked to either the HR strategy and ornbsp Business Operations Value Plans.

- Compiling and analysis of complex periodic and adhoc reports sometimes containing statistical data that back up recommendations actions e.g. discussing options for a complex grievance case.nbsp On occasion presenting these reports to Senior Management.

- nbspnbspJOB QUALIFICATIONSnbsp
- Have already attained membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development CIPD be studying towards it or be willing to study for it.
- Have relevant experience in a clientfacing HR role.
- Have a proven track record in managing people and other resources to achieve business objectives with an ability to operate both operationally and strategically.
- Demonstrate effective consultation communication and negotiation skills with a Senior Management Team often up to MD level whilst building effective working relationships.
- Have had experience in leading and managing HR professionals.
- A degree in an HR or business discipline.
- Recent and relevant formal training in UK employment law and both an appreciation and understanding of Saudi Labor amp Workman Law.
- Have a good understanding and working knowledge of Saudi Arabian employment legislation and its application in the workplace.
- Have a broad understanding of the relationship between BAE Systems and its Customers.
