. The Construction Zone Manager will be responsible for the daytoday management of directly and indirectly employed labour on this large mixed use project. Reporting to the Project manager liaising with the Consultant and the Client as well as managing any subcontractors. The project consists of 85 building works commercial retail and hotel and 15 infrastructure works such as internal roads and utilities supply.
Applicants MUST have the following
Previous project experience in KSA
Civil Engineering background degree qualified
Previous main Contractor experience
Minimum 8 years experience post graduation
Ideal candidates will have previously completed similar projects in Riyadh with a main contractor. Arabic speaking candidates would also be advantageous.
