TRAINING COORDINATOR - Arabian Geophysical and Surveying Co. LTD

•Thoroughly understand and communicate the training program to all employees.

•Schedule and maintain the training calendar.

•Prepare training rooms and ensure training materials are available to employees prior to courses.

•Maintain the employee records in training management system.

•Maintain and update all required employee paperwork, including filing their training certifications and all other training documentation.

•Prepare reports of attendance, course evaluation, statistics and other documentation as requested.

•Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling employee information.

•Maintain training materials and make recommended improvements as necessary.

•Work closely and efficiently with all other departments.

•Coordinate with recruitment unit to conduct an induction program for new hires.

•Collect and maintain an updated resumes of employees if required.

•Coordinate with finance department to ensure payment of training sessions and courses.

•Ensure all training equipment are stored and kept in safe place.

•Perform general administrative duties such as copying and faxing.

•Perform other job related duties as assigned.
