For a business enterprise, all the relevant financial information, presented in a structured manner and in a form easy to understand, are called the financial statements. They typically include four basic financial statements.
- Cost controlling.
An effective cost allocation methodology enables your organization to identify what services are being provided and what they cost, to allocate costs to business units, and to manage cost recovery. Under this model, both the service provider and its respective consumers become aware of their service requirements and usage and how they directly influence the costs incurred.
- Planning & Budgeting.
Provide a forecast of revenues and expenditures, that is, construct a model of how our business might perform financially if certain strategies, events and plans are carried out,enable the actual financial operation of the business to be measured against the forecast,establish the cost constraint for a project, program, or operation.
