Responsibilities
• Playing a key role in administering coordinating General Manager work schedules projects meetings and all other related issues.
• Provide direction and support to the project.
• Provide professional timely follow up on all workprojects.
• Participate in Identifying and stating the purpose and the goal of the project.
• Plan and schedule activities within specific timelines.
• Efficiently and effectively develop and monitor the project plans.
• Communicate effectively with the employees responsible for completing different phases of the project.
• Monitor the progress of the project’s activities on a regular basis.
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent where applicable in the day to day duties of a project’s administration.
• Ensure milestones are met and project is finished within allocated budget.
• Work closely with cross functional departments to allocate resources to the projects and assign tasks
• Communicate project status to the concerned stakeholder and Management through status reports meetings and any other communication tools.
• Coordinate with the HR Finance and IT departments on project requirements and logistics.
Skills
• Experience in similar position as an Admin Assistant andor Project Coordinator.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Practical knowledge of using MS Project
• Prior experience in implementing PMP methodolgy in managing workprojects.
• PMP certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
• English written and speaking.
• Computer literate.
