1. Business Planning Budgeting and Forecasting
• Developing business strategy and KPIs
• Managing Finances Accounting and controlling activitiesoperations
• Coordinating the development of annual business plans for Sales HR and Supply Chain ensuring alignment between planning processes This includes sales margin budgets and expenses categories
• Coordinating the development of business plans for Trade Allowances SCM Budgets and KSA Cost Plus budget spending on CU level. Developing cost drivers for allocation to the different Departments within CU2.
• Coordinating the development of bottomup business forecasts highlighting the business’s financial outlook against business objectives
2. Management Reporting
• Supervising the preparation of monthly management reports for CU management and corporate centre including commentary in relation to Brands Sales and Supply Chain information
3. Sales Profitability and Cost Plus Controlling
• Routine monitoring analysis and evaluation of actual sales profit and Cost Plus performance against plan and forecast on CU level
• Highlighting of significant deviations from plan andor forecast to line management
• Supporting line management in the development and implementation of corrective action
• Supporting marketing and sales in defining consumer and customer pricing customer retails sales and list price targets and monitoring implementation of approved pricing
• Evaluation of annual CU SCM budget and allocation
4. Decision Support
• Supporting line management in analysing and evaluating business risks and opportunities using unstructured numerical data
• Providing toolstemplates to standardise calculation methods and decision making in marketing sales processes . product development evaluation promotion decisions and evaluation pricing analysis etc.
• Supporting Supply Chain management in developing the most efficient supply chain structures and processes including minimising import duties on incoming products.
Skills
1. Language Excellent verbal and written communication in English are mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic is advantageous.
2. PCIT High proficiency in MS Office applications with a focus on Excel SAP and Oracle knowledge is advantageous minimum requirement of having worked with an ERP system like Oracle Hyperion JD Edwards BPCS etc.
3. AbilitiesExcellent communication and leadership skills high analytical skills proactive attitude and highly adaptive to different cultures experience within Saudi Arabia is advantageous
4. Specialized Knowledge Significant experience in customerproduct level reporting forecasting and variance analysis an advantage operational knowledge of management accounting and investment appraisal techniques . Breakeven Analysis Variance Analysis CostBenefit Analysis NPV Analysis etc
