We are looking for We are seeking a Healthcare Consulting Senior Manager who possesses a track record of successfully integrating into high performance interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieve measurable performance outcomes. Master's degree in business or healthcare field i.e. management healthcare administration finance accounting economics healthcare delivery etc. required and 12 years of experience in management consulting or healthcare provider operations 8 years of experience managing staff including team building performance feedback competency and career development of team members communication of objective team engagement and consulting leadership Experience operating at the highest levels within client healthcare organizations bringing significant strategic value to their overall direction Track record of creating close client relationships looked upon by clients as a true extension of their executive team Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate both within the client organization as well as the Philips global organization Experience with a broad range of consulting services and able to capitalize on relationships with key constituents in the market Willingness to travel to client sites throughout EMEA as needed within defined market to meet client needs.
