Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance.
Set the department’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections and guide their achievement.
Contribute to the development of the sector’s policies procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor.
Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
Ensure the ongoing development of the department’s employees and assure the developmental activities of direct reports.
Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI’s are well communicated and monitored.
Ensure effective identification allocation and utilization of the division’s resources.
Define the KPI’s and targets for the different departments under HR division in line with the HR strategic plan.
Helps define priorities and inform longterm insights and intelligence strategy including an analytics roadmap with short and longterm goals and a focus on gaining and improving predictive capabilities
Lead the delivery of HR metrics and analysis overall and by business ensuring that the data is relevant timely and provides meaningful insight supporting the key HR decision making
Devise ways to measure and monitor HR’s value contribution to the business
Manage the HR Balanced Scorecard process – define management levels where a BSC will be applied prepare the scorecard and communicate the expectations.
Monitor the KPI attainment of the different HR functions by leveraging the HR Analytics insight.
Monitor HR performance against goals identify deviations and recommend improvement initiatives
Consult with Center of Excellence leaders and business partners regarding best practices and analyzes data cross functionally to identify business opportunities that will drive performance improvements.
Support Talent Planning efforts to ensure process is grounded in scalable and actionable HR analytics with priorities backed by data
Leads the delivery of ad hoc analyses on HR topics to drive strategic and tactical decision making and conducts trend analysis to measure ongoing results.
Regularly report relevant HR metrics to all business leaders.
Manage the HR performance data collection analysis and publish monthly MIS reports and quarterly HR performance reports on intranet
In collaboration with HR Communication design the communication in positioning HR as a ‘Strategic Partner’ to the business by propagating all key HR success stories
Support and collaborate on the Mobily Capability Building initiative
Interface with Audit Management Risk Continuity
Benchmarks key measures against external industry region and best in class peers and applies best practice research to identify links between human capital and business performance
Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited university.
A minimum of Ten 10 years of experience in HR Analytics Performance measurement or a related field with at least Four 4 years in a managerial position.
