Contracts Manager

Oversee the preparation and revision of education contracts that involve technical education service providers.

Handle the acquisition distribution and store of educational equipment and supplies.

Oversee proposal planning and administration of technical education services contracts.

Negotiate terms and conditions.

Overseas the preparation of contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.

Track authorizations and correspondence.



Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract all correspondence changesdeviations amendments clarifications payment schedules.

Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements owner specifications and government regulations.

Perform closing activities as needed.

Track payments and deadlines.

Lead the analysis and mitigation of risk.

Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
