The Project Manager will be in charge of planning executing and closing projects according to deadlines and oversee quality risks and issues to insure proper project execution and benefits realisation. This also includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts among team members thirdparty contractors and consultants “where applicable”.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
General
Comply with the standard project management processes procedures and templates set by the division PMO.
Participate with the division PMO in setting the standard management plans and templates for scope time budgets human resources risks amp issues quality stakeholder communications and procurement.
Support project sponsor Division Head in initiating projects and developing projects charters.
Ensure all projects deliveries are made within the planned timeframes quality and budgets.
Ensure all projects’ benefits are documented measured and will be realised within the planned time frame.
Project Planning
Develop project stakeholder’s communication matrix stakeholders vs. reports vs. frequency vs. communication medium to ensure stakeholders buy in and satisfaction.
Develop full scale projects schedules in Gantt chart format using Excel or MS project
Estimate human resources and project teams required to execute the projects.
Identify projects risks and responses strategies.
Identify project procurement requirements contractual requirements and participate in RFPs development “if required”.
Review and evaluate proposals sent by external consultants and vendors “if required”.
Develop project quality measures and design project review meetings.
Estimate Project financial resources Budgets required to execute the project.
Ensure Sponsor’s awareness and approval on the project management plans.
Project Execution and Monitoring
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Implement all approved management plans.
Perform team meetings and project quality checks
Manages daytoday operational aspects of a project and scope.
Coach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Determine and assess need for additional staff andor consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Monitor overall project performance Cost quality and schedule and analyze results troubleshoot and update issues and risks logs.
Monitor and control vendor contractors performance and payments.
Report performance progress budgets risks and issues and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion as per the communication matrix.
Integrate changes key decisions and ensure harmonization and latest plans updates
Project Closing
Ensure all contracts vendors contractors are closed against delivery.
Ensure Project deliverables are within the required quality standards.
Ensure lessons learnt are well documented maintained and communicated.
Ensure proper and formal deliverables handover and sign off.
COMMUNICATIONS amp WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal
Reports to Department Head and Stakeholders.
Has direct contact with the division PMO
Has regular contact with different members of the project and all Mol’s employees across all departments who are involved in the project.
Has contact with senior management to review projects and strategies and address operational issues
External
Has frequent communication with outside vendors and consultants.
Regular contacts with support service providers.

Minimum Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration Engineering or any related major.
Qualification in project management or equivalent example PMP Project Management Professional.
Minimum Experience
57 years direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution.
Strong familiarity with project management software MS Project.
JobSpecific Skills
Working Overtime may be required in order to meet project deadlines.
Travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with contractors external consultants andor project stakeholders.
