Human REsources Section

Works closely with departments increasingly in a consultancy role assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures

• Promotes equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization

• Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety

• Recruiting staff this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications preparing job adverts checking application forms shortlisting interviewing and selecting candidates

• Develops and implements policies on issues such as working conditions performance management equal opportunities disciplinary procedures and absence management

• Very familiar with and knowledgeable about Saudi Labor Law

• Remains uptodate with Saudi Labor Law Procedural and Process changes as they occur

• Prepares staff handbooks

• Advises on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits

• Undertakes regular salary reviews

• Negotiates with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions

• Administers payroll and maintains employee records

• Interprets and advises on employment law

• Deals with grievances and implements disciplinary procedures

• Develops with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and longterm staff requirements

• Plans and sometimes delivers training including inductions for new staff

• Analyses training needs in conjunction with departmental managers

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Possess a sound understanding of the knowledge skills and behavior required for a professional HR Section Manager

• Familiar with Government Relations Procedures . ProcessingRequirement for Iqamas All Visa types Resident Permits etc.

• Know how to deliver timely and effective HR services to meet user needs

• Be able to reflect on own practice and development needs and maintain a plan for personal development

• Possess an understanding of the important contribution that accurate data stored manually or electronically can make to the HR function

• Understand the legal implications of storing personnel data

• Be able to record data and information and to interpret analyze and present information clearly and accurately in an appropriate format in support of decision making to meet organizationwide objectives and support HR solutions

• Possess an understanding of HR activities support and organization’s strategy and assist the achievement of business objectives and how these are shaped by internal and external factors

• Be able to explain the factors that affect an organization’s talent planning recruitment and selection policy

• Be able to identify appropriate recruitment and selection methods

• Be able to contribute to the recruitment and selection interviewing process for a job role

• Understand the importance of effective induction

• Be able to explain the link between organizational success performance management and motivation

• Be able to explain the relationship between performance management and reward

• Be able to contribute to effective performance and reward management in the workplace

• Be able to conduct and reflect upon a performance review

• Understand the impact of employmentlabor law at the start of the employment relationship

• Understand the main individual rights that the employee has during the employment relationship

• Understand the issues to address at the termination of the employment relationship

• Fluent in English and Arabic Speaking Writing

• Ability to work independently with minimal support

• Analytical Skills Ability to Work under Pressure Communication Team Building Leadership

• Must have solid know howcapability with MS Office ExcelWordPowerpoint

• Must be able to maneuver within a smart phone environment . emails calendars etc.
