JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate's activities will include performing software analysis design and development according to existing coding standards and guidelines. Candidate will interpret and analyze requirements obtainedderived from customer review verify andor validate system specifications and other designrelated documentation. Candidate's primary goal will be the development of documented reliable welltested extensible and maintainable code.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION
BS in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related technical discipline is required and 8 years of experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong skills in WPF and related tools. Candidate must have the ability to design develop debug and test software in C. Candidate must have a strong understanding of object oriented development.
KEY AREAS OF EXPERTISE
1 Developing for DirectShow MPEG2 MPEG4 or other digital video transport applications
2 Windows Presentation Foundation WPF
CLEARANCE
US Citizenship and a Secret Clearance is required for this position.
DESIRED SKILLS
.NET Sockets XML Unit Testing Multithreaded development UML SVN. Cyber Security experience a plus. Experience developing for DirectShow MPEG2 MPEG4 or other digital video transport applications experience a plus.
