Undertake and supervise all administrative works of the salaries vacations assignments and other administrative work involving staff in addition to fullscale control and followup to the staff of the region in terms of their commitment to policies and laws and regulations of the group.
Main Duties
To apply the applications of the salary leave secondments as policies and regulations adopted and the time required obtaining the employee and the company rights according to established rules.
To have a knowledge of the work system and workers and Saudi application and supervision of all the followup actions with the Labour Office or any governmental entity linked to the human resources of the group in order to avoid fines.
Followup staff time reporting and recommendations on a daily basis in addition to updating periodically revealed labor with the aim of the work of discounts and adjustments necessary when preparing the monthly payroll.
Overseeing the implementation of all government transactions such as exit and return to renew residency permits on time to avoid any fines lies with the company and to facilitate the movement of staff.
Continue to update employment reports from additions and separation movement and reflected on the company's existing system in order to obtain accurate information and calculating the monthly cost for its employee.
Continue to update Social Security permanently by comparing the statements with the monthly employment in order to avoid disclosure of any fines arise with Social Security.
Track the status of employment in the Bureau of Labour and Immigration through regular visits in order to achieve Saudization rates and application of Regulations of the Office to work correctly.
