We are looking for an experienced Mall Manager of 2-5 years in Shopping Mall or a large multi faceted complex, who possess excellent English, both written and spoken, has excellent customer service and negotiation skills and has good experience in Commercial Complex including collecting rents, renewals, security, maintenance of the complex and marketing.
His objectives as follows:
Gain heights market share
Extend mall life cycle
Increase mall market value
The main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Follow up on all maintenance works and coordination with contractors and tenants.
- Preparation of marketing and sales plans.
- Follow up to collect rent of tenants and implementation of contractual terms.
- Consideration of complaints and demands of tenants and working to remove the causes of the complaint and respond to their requests within the legal and contractual obligations.
- To prepare annual budget for the commercial center.
- To prepare a plan and schedules regular and periodic maintenance and follow up.
- To follow and supervise the implementation of contracts special services in complex.
- Interact with and liaise closely with government officials and organizations.
- Preparation of annual budget and business strategy for the Mall.
- Provide day to day management of the center and management of dedicated staff.
- Provide effective communication with the tenants and knowledge of individual leasing contracts and terms.
- Involvement in tenant negotiations both new and renewals.
- Consideration of complaints and demands of tenants and working working to remove the causes.
We are looking for candidates that have a bachelors degree or an education/experience combination in the areas of marketing, business administration, real estate (leasing), property management and/or retail management. You must have proven leadership, with people management skills and excellent management and proven abilities in preparing budgets and meeting required deadlines and targets.
