Develop and refine the department health -strategic goals and objectives. Acquiring improvement in international health projects and national levels.
Ensure the overall quality of the health program & projects by working with the team members and international and regional partners to develop and implement operational standards to ensure the delivery of quality health care.
Identifies training modules and experiences to build the capacity of QRCS team.
Provides strategic leadership and technical direction for the Relief and Development department, health systems strengthening, and global health policy
Support team members to effectively implement and evaluate health program activities, using relevant data to continuously inform strategic direction.
Oversees the identification of the impact of the health program and communicates this information for advocacy and campaign purposes.
Continuously monitors and assesses health grant portfolio and management process, to ensure QRCS Program Officers efficiently deliver donor and partner resources to strong local grantees that support health programs.
Participates in the hiring process of health team members
