Reach Group are looking for a Sales Manager on behalf a high esteemed client in the Marketing Industry in Qatar.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout Qatar.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
-Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
-Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
-Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
-Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
-Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
-Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
-Generate timely sales reports
-Develop pricing schedules and rates
-Formulate sales policies and procedures
-Control expenses and monitor budgets
-Develop promotional ideas and material
