1. Handles clients personally and sell the vehicle products for the achievement of the assigned Sales Target
2. Look into on-process or pending Customer reservation / orders, providing inputs and suggestions for timely processing and resolution
3. Be knowledgeable on all of the Division’s offered vehicle models with its different specifications for easier matching to the customer’s needs
4. Oversee teams provision of Customer Service excellence in order to meet & exceed he set standards as measured against the manufacturer’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) average for the Middle East
5. Interview Customers on their overall experience in the purchase of the vehicle, noting down instances of Customer’s displeasure
6. Resolve any issues, occurring during Post Sales Activities, on a timely basis; escalating the issue to the higher level as and when only necessary
7. Review and recommend changes to the Post Sales Activities in order to improve the process and shorten period of vehicle handover to the Customer
8. Prepare periodic reports on Visitors, Reservations, On-Process / Pending orders, and vehicles sold; and submit to the General and Sales Manager for their action and reference
