Sales Coordinator (Arabian Agencies Company) - Alfardan Group

All Secretarial Jobs:

 Preparing all kind of memorandums for Ordering

Department:

 Filing of documents, memorandums, correspondences
etc.

Shipping Documents:

-Give copies of Performa invoices to Accounts
Department
-Give copies of invoices to Accounts Department
-Give original shipping documents to Customs
Clearance Officer
-Send arriving car list to stockyard supervisor to prepare
for PDI
-Updating stock if any change in number of units or date
of arrival

Ordering Responsibilities:

-Enter Invoice (factory invoice) in sales systems when
received
-Enter proforma invoice in sales systems
-Prepare shipping details in sales system
-Print consignment detail from the sales system
-Data entry for sales system VMS
-Documentation and update of Product Libraries.
-Training materials update and training center set -up-To maintain and update all training materials required
for training center
-To assist in scheduling training courses based on the
requirements of the management
-To complete any missing data required for a training
course.
-To help with the initial set -up of the training center
-To organize all the training materials, product
information and all types of frequently used product
documentation in the library.
