Operations and Admin Coordinator - Enviro Global Enterprises

Major Responsibilities:
• Support the Operations Department in administrative functions related to scheduling, client data handling, logistics, inventory, performance monitoring, etc.
• Assist the Operations Department in preparing operational forms, invoices, reports and other documents needed.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department with processing invoices and receipts.
• Answer and field calls from clients, explain about the different service offerings and package prices, record information, etc.
Other Responsibilities:
• Manage filing, record system and data bases.
•  Assist in maintaining supplies and stationery inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, locating suppliers that can supply high quality materials and exert all efforts to obtain the best possible prices and payment terms. 
•  Maintaining the condition of the office and ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs. maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Gather statistics and data to create various reports related to operations evaluation and monitoring.
