As part of the marine service team you will be responsible for organising and managing all daily repairs and services on marine and power products as well as managing the movement in and out of the workshop.
You will need to provide leadership on the day to day operations of the service department and manage the team for in board and out board engine installations. You should be able to evaluate jobs and provide accurate quotations whilst maximising output of workshop and all staff.
About You
You will ideally have a degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering with approximately 5 years' experience in Marine division. Previous service supervisor experience preferred. You should be technically competent and able to understand the products, customer needs and requirements.
Strong analytical & administrative competence is critical for this job. SAP user skills are an advantage.
