Job Introduction:
The job purpose is to lead a team of 2 staff to upload AutoCAD into ArcGIS and populate all GIS attribute data from AutoCAD drawing. And also manage and maintain the integrity of GIS database as well as enhancing GIS application to meet MP requirement.
Job Description:
• GIS Data Update
• Converting all required AutoCAD into GIS for phase 1A and beyond.
• Update all required GIS attribute field
• Manage and maintain GIS database
• Enhance GIS application functionalities.
• Prepare short term Business Plan for data update
• Set a clear weekly target for each member of the team.
• Plan and organize to fulfill the committed 3months target.
• Understanding of GIS data policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent performance and service delivery.
• Respond promptly to internal & external customers through Asst. Manager, GIS
• Consistent work quality and deliver the assigned work on time.
• Assist in solving problems, related to AutoCAD standard by forwarding any sheet with
• Make sure the team meets productivity and quality goals.
• Optimize resources and improve team efficiency.
• Establish and manage multiple cross-functional relationships, coordination and communication lines with operating units & corporate centres
