Job Description



Promoting and marketing the business.Overseeing the smooth efficient running of the business.Must be able to offer new special professional and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market.Coordinate manage and supervise the team.Set target to the team and constantly motivate them to hit their targets and to ensure company profitability.Manage all department budgets and maintain statisticalfinancial records.Prepare all needed reports for the board of directors.Maintain and develop relations with all suppliers airlines and service providers.Maintain and develop relations with all corporate accounts.Develop and maintain a respectful atmosphere and good relations among thenbsphis staff to encourage top performance.Ability to train staff on the company products and services and to masternbspselling them.Selling travel products and tour packages.Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information onnbspissues and amenities of interest to consumers.Liaising with travel partners including airlines and hotels to manage bookingsnbspand schedules.Dealing with customer enquiries and requests with utmost professionalism sellingnbspskills and customer care techniques.nbsp

Job Requirements


Degree in tourism business or management.More than 10 year experience traveling and tourism preferable.Proved sales and marketing abilities.Good knowledge of financial and business strategiesStrong managerial and decisionmaking skills.Innovative with high aspiration to work in the travel and tourism industry.Strong communication skills.Strong character.Hard worker and multitasking.Ambitious.Excellent computer skills.Good negotiable skills.Customer service oriented.Problem solving skills.Good computer skills.Able to work under pressure.Result oriented person.In addition marketing and selling skills research skills travel and managementnbspexperience and strong leadership and teambuilding skills time and risk managementnbspskills.
