Purpose:
The main purpose of the Beauty Advisor Job is to sell makeup products, perfumes, skin care product and to assist customers find the products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Conduct product demonstrations to generate an interest in beauty items among customers
• Determining customer needs and buying potential
• Developing customer relations by educating the customers about the company’s products, services and prices
• Answering customers’ questions and handling service situations when required
• Organize the products on the stand
• Arrange product displays
• Following outlets work schedule and rules in order to facilitate daily sales process.
• Checking the stock balance in order to request any additional products from the sales to fulfil and complete sales orders.
• Coordinating with merchandisers in order to set up and arrange the proper display of products at different outlets.
• Performing other related duties as per the business needs.
