Summary
Provide highlevel administrative support to the branch manger by conducting research handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and quoting for customers online.
Responsibilities amp duties
• Prepare quotations reports memos letters and other documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Obtaining information from all relevant sources compiles data and prepares papers for consideration and presentation as needed. Also may attend meetings.

Communicating directly with the Branch Manager by providing information by telephone in written form email or in person.
