Direct Sales Coach KSA

Key Function



Working principally with team leaders and sales agents to assist in the coaching and development of quota baring personnel maximizing the knowledge growth efficiency and quality of the direct sales team performance.



Duties amp Responsibilities



•To field coach product and sales skills at a team leader and sales agent level within Direct Sales ensuring that the team are maximizing performance on a group one to one and presentation basis.

•To provide an effective operational link between the training department and the operational day to day team coaching.

•To deliver against an agreed plan and update and report back on the status of all coaching activities and projects at all times.

•To continually conduct skills gap analysis to team leaders and advisors in order to address their constantly changing development needs.

•To work closely with the direct sales management team to identify weakness and under achievement within the direct sales team and link with them and HR to ensure the necessary performance management steps are taken to deliver agreed improvement goals.

•Production of detailed reports and presentations as required.

•Delivering two to three training days per week to uplift the selling skills of our sales force

•Providing field coaching assistance in the GCC countries from time to time.

Profile Skills



•Experience of trainingworking within a sales preferably direct sales environment – essential.

•At least 3 years proven track record of effective training and development activities in the sales track– desirable.

•Computer literate – including word processing spreadsheet and presentation packages essential.

Education

•Degree in Business Administration is preferred
