Provide technical assistance and ensure successful client support for the products. Follow up client support requests until resolution Redirect problems to appropriate resource. Log customer issues and solutions to update SW Technical Support Team Leader. Conduct training sessions to clients on newly installed software solutions. Participate in software installation activities in coordination with Engagement Manager. Adhere to GET QMS technical procedures. Stay current with system information changes and updates. Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor
