Job Profile
An application developer designs, builds, unit tests and maintains programs and applications that are used by QE to carry out its business. He documents these applications and ensures their reliability through bug correction. He maintains a referential of source code and releases.
Key Accountabilities
• Works with the users to understand the requirements and prepares specifications
• Designs and develops new applications and programs.
• Maintains developed applications and programs and corrects any detected bugs.
• Performs unit tests of developed programs and applications
• Performs code review of other developers
• Provides support to quality assurance analysts
• Documents developed programs and applications
