• Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies deal requirements potential and financials evaluating options resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments.• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.• Responsible for achieving monthly quarterly or annual targets for revenue profits and cash.• Produce business performance reports which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.• Recruit and manage staff including performance monitoring and possibly mentoring and training.• Build and manage a team responsible for effective business growth and expansion of existing channels and development of new ones. • Develop partnerships with carriers distributors wholesalers and retailers in the region. • Manage Wholesale and Retail Team to drive Sales targets across the region • Manage Accessory Business across the region • Drive sales numbers for Key Retailers and Operators through Carrier Managers • Work with Retail Stakeholders of Operators to educate and drive key retail programs across the organization • Develop verticals across retails effectively to stimulate growth • Ensure that all basic KPI for Retail Enablement are met across various channels • Direct and supervise the work of all managers who oversee projects in the region • Monitor project progress via financial reports and project review oversight • Manage contract negotiations • Maintain excellent client relationships • Enforce project reporting requirements and assume responsibility for the financial success of all projects in the region • Manage critical issues • Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality
