Merchant Relationship Executive (Banking Sales) - Human Capital Group Qatar

The incumbent is responsible for signing, reselling, increasing discount business, activity ratio for service establishment to better meet customer needs and improve SE satisfaction as well as meet the target and objectives setup.



Sales

• Develop a business account relationship to maintain preference of card acceptance at all times.

• Conduct sales presentation to potential SE and to ensure maximum awareness of card acceptance.

• Reports on monthly basis sales achievements against assigned targets and competitive activity.

• Develop and maintain relationship with key contacts.

• Maintain & Develop relationship with all banks.

Signing

• Sign potential service establishments as per the prospect data base guidelines. Also ensure that all signings are based on sales alignment guidelines that will generate the required minimum DBV to determine profitability of accounts.

• 60% from the signing should be new outlets and 40% should be branches.

• Ensure servicing calls are carried on regular basis through a systematic plan that will result on reduction of unbiased acceptance in a Quarterly basis and especially for the daily use merchants i.e. coops, department stores and the maintenance of sales materials as well as point of sales visibility at all times.

• Ensure SE staff are educated on card acceptance procedure and fraud prevention during set-up and servicing calls to maximize card usage and prevent chargeback.

• Review in-active SEs on regular basis based on a structured plan and submit findings to manager, sales development with his recommendation of canceling or re-selling for final decision.

• Negotiate and secure Selects Offers with lucrative / daily use / brands merchants in order to increase our daily use spending.



Representative Office

Maintain a good relationship with management and staff of Representative offices

Business Development

• Identify, develop and implement (together with manger, sales development and marketing staff) SE support programmed to improve card acceptance and generate additional business turnover.

• Resell existing SEs on COMPANY benefits in order to avoid SE cancellation

Analyze and track performance results against assigned goals to make appropriate business action plan
