- Ensure the performance in the market to meet the sales objectives.
- Monitor and review the reports and activities in all regions.
- Planning for new products and promotions in terms of readiness.
- Ensure that plans are to meet with our objectives and guidelines. Operations
- Follow up Incentives on RTSS to enhance and ensure the materials availability in all channels.
- To monitor internal branding in all sales channels.
- Maintain the best Look and Feel for our Retail shops.
- Provide maximum support internally to ensure the smoothness of operations and covering the gaps. People Supervision
- Providing clear directions to RTSS to close issues properly.
- Monitor every individual performance of the team and give the right guidance accordingly.
- Develop the weakness point in every single employee by coaching and giving regular feedback.
- Take prompt action when necessary.
Job Specification Industry Domain- Telecom Sales Sales Support Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in relevant work field Branding Sales or Marketing.
- Experience with BTL production and distribution.
- Proved experience in managing a projects with deadlines.
- Having a good communication presentation skills.
- Full knowledge about MO applications especially Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
- Fluent in English Reading Writing and Speaking. Education and Certification Requirements
