The Role
Our Client is one of the oldest construction and engineering firms in the Gulf region with over 100000 employees. They are currently seeking an Assistant Project Director for a massive multibillion dollar hospital project in Riyadh KSA.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise Project Managers.
Manage construction of several hospitals.
Facilitate communication between project team staff system users and management.
Oversee every aspect of the project’s construction
Ensure the project is completed on time on budget and with quality standards
Ensure the correct health safety and Environmental impacts are considered.
Requirements
Experience with hospital or healthcare construction projects.
Worked on projects of a similar scale.
Experience working in the GCC preferable.
Must have contracting background.
Experience taking the lead role on major projects.
Previous experience supervising project managers.
