The Role
Central Operations is responsible throughout all Middle East markets for country profitability focusing on loss prevention audit and customer service at the same time driving consistent operational efficiency and best practice in all stores via the company standard operating procedures. Acting as a central point of store communication for the business the team also protects the companyaposs reputation supports new brand openings and resolves any issues and problems on the ground.
The Role
With your extensive retail experience you will be an integral part of the Central Operations Team that support multibrand retail operations in Saudi Arabia and ensure regional profitability.
You will
Focus on KPI compliance and action plans targeted at loss prevention audit customer service and customer feedback scores
Mitigate risk and protect the company and brandsapos reputation
Visit stores and identify areas for improvement ensuring retail best practice initiatives are in place
Monitor trading hours and trading and promotional license compliance
Visit the warehouse regularly and review supply chain activity to ensure stock flow into stores is managed efficiently
Support the expansion of all brands within KSA
Assist with store openings and project manage new mall openings in conjunction with all Alshaya partners
Help chair weekly operations meetings and drive relevant agenda points
Build strong relationships with mall managementmarketing teams to ensure Alshaya maximizes every opportunity
Qualifications amp Requirements
You must have considerable experience gained in retail specifically working in large multicountry multibrand organizations.
Strong communication skills and be able to set clear direction motivate influence and guide stakeholders
A high degree of self motivation with a disciplined proactive approach
Effective project management organizational and prioritization skills
A developed management style with a mature and logical approach to problem solving
Arabic language skills an advantage.
