Job Description
Missions
- Train the offshore COMPANY employees Production and Maintenance in order to fill the technical gaps identified during the mandatory Opercap sessions carried out by headquarters training assessors. Training is provided via multiple channels including theoretical refreshers on the ground jobs quiz etc.
Activities
- Participate in or Coordinate and Supervise the preparation and implementation of COMPANY employees OJT programs.
- Organise meetings with supervisors and local management at regular intervals to ensure followup and permanent evaluation.
- Review and upgrade the technical training materials in accordance with field specifications.
- In liaison with DOX elaborate offshore OJT specific training procedures.
- Elaborate OJT training support and assessments.
- Give assistance to COMPANY supervisors in the supervision of the OJT activities on site.
- Provide the management and personnel with the necessary tools and resources to prepare and organize training actions.
- Participate to daily work permit meetings. Schedule or modify where necessary OJT activities in relation to the work on site
- Participate in or ensure training program execution coordination.
- Organise training schedule.
- Check continuously training activities according to the plan.
- Assess traineersquos performance with supervisors and crosscheck the level of competencies
- Review and update the assessment sheets with the help of supervisors.
- Collect from the supervisors the assessment sheets and verify their quality content
- Compile OJT assessment sheets for each discipline and each trainee.
- Record traineesrsquo activities and performances
- Propose corrective actions in relation with supervisors on site.
- Organise specific classroom training to reinforce knowledge and understanding.
- Ensure training data updating and prepare related statistics.
- Present the training program and achievements.
- Prepare internal and external reports.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To define the suitable means in terms of training operators and training facilities
- To control the training expenses and optimize the budget grouping sessions inhouse training on Operation side
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND BACKGROUND
- Graduate in higher education the holder must have a sound experience in on and offshore Field Operations
- 15 years of experience at an onshore andor offshore oil amp gas plant production andor maintenance.
- 10 years of experience as a training coordinator for oil amp gas operators
