A rapidly expanding privately owned supplier independent Facilities Management currently require a Senior Support Services Consultant based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Duties of the Support Services Consultant
Build a culture of service excellence
Develop a Customer Service Policy for the Hospitality Services in the HQ Environment
Interface with the design team on aspects that will enhance the user experience
Prepare individual scope of works for the services offered
Carry out Tender Exercises for all services
Prepare Financial projections covering the full service offering
Managing all relevant hospitality Service Contracts
Liaise with other departments and contractors to ensure responsiveness to end user requirements
Benchmark all services to ensure that they continue to be Best Practice
Prepare enhanced service proposals for management consideration
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Chair user group meetings with defined goals and objectives
The requirements and experience required
Demonstrate strong leadership skills
Knowledge of Best Practice in the Corporate in House Hospitality Field
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of Management and contractor personnel smoothly and professionally
Totally service orientated in understanding customers` needs
Demonstrate Change Management skills and experience in the introduction of innovative services
Strong Business Case Preparation and Presentation Skills.
Strong competence in `Microsoft Office` package especially Word Excel and PowerPoint
A minimum of 10 years` experience in the Corporate HospitalityHotel Industry including experience gained at Managerial Level
Will have worked with World Class Organisations andor Hotel Chains where customer satisfaction was a key business driver
Experience of Contract Management Specification and Measurement of service levels
Honours Degree from a recognised university in Hospitality or Hotel Management
Additional qualifications in Human Resources Finance or Facility Related Areas would be an advantage.< more...
