Handling of inside Technical and Sales activities relating to Utility High and Medium voltage Within Saudi Arabia both cooper and Eaton portfolio products and systems To handle the tender and provide quotations to Utility direct orand EPC Subcontractors handling of incoming inquires and maintaining close communication with outside Sales staff and Product line manager to assure high customer opportunity and order win ratio. Responsibility for inside sales activities and post order management in liaison with Segment leaders and Customer service team.



Responsible to meet and exceed assigned sales targets to meet organizational strategic objectives



Manage and handle the prequalification requirement to secure that Eaton products system are approved by Utility



Manage and handle a regular follow up to Utility technical requirement for existing and new requirement or and new development expected in perspective as of Primary . secondary substation transmission ..etc



Manage and build technical evaluation process for tenders and technical requirement of Utility for offer related Power Generation transmission Substation Primary and secondary .



Manage and develop when require and secure approval at Utility authority the offer within company portfolio Switchgear RMU AC regulator Power factor corrector Pole mounted transformers ..etc direct to Utility or and through EPC Subcontractors on vendor list.



Scrutiny of tenders ready for tendering orand awarded to EPC Subcontractors to determine that they are within Mains High and MV offer and control scope of supply



Identify the products and quantities for the bill of material. Evaluate specifications to determine if we can comply



Liaison with factories for inquiries that cannot be satisfied with standard catalogue items and help selectidentify special adaptations of products to meet customer needs



Liaison with the customer RSM Plant to resolve discrepancies with regard to technical or contractual requirements



Preparation of a complete and comprehensive offer with any exceptions or special considerations clearly stated in line with the customer due date



Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and RSM's resulting in excellent pre and postsales service to customers



Assist coordination of delivery schedules with parameters given by production and through the relevant Customer service team



Regular liaison with customers to pursue potential orders



Accurate record keeping sales office administration.


Skills


Basic Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred



Five to seven years' experience within a large sales organization preferably within power and Energy sector .



Able to demonstrate a high degree of product application knowledge to the sales and customer service functions



Good communication skills internal and external able to deal with colleagues and customers at all levels in a multicultural environment



Computer literate hands on experience of SAP or similar system



Strong organizational skills able to manage priorities and schedule activities with minimal supervision to meet a number of competing deadlines



Focused and analytical with a keen eye for detail



A team player able to build effective working relationships
