Eaton Electrical in Alkhobar has an opening as Senior Sales Engineer OEM to act as the Regional Industrial Control specialist. The incumbent shall generate demand via specification support sales engineers OEM's and resolve any site issues that may arise



Responsible to meet and exceed assigned sales targets to meet organizational strategic objectives



Support our existing channels Partners Distribution to grow business in the designated region



Call on Consultants regularly to promote specification of Eaton distribution and control products.



Call on OEM's Contractors in order to generate demand train and offer technical assistance



Responsible for providing technical and commercial support to our Authorized Distributors staff



Collect and report market data on competition products and pricing and market threats to business



Provide pricing tools order entry order management customer service support to channel partners



Liaise with marketing product line to ensure that products are launched and promoted effectively



Responsible for providing ongoing Distribution and controls product training for no franchised EOEM Sales Outlets team



Work closely technical and commercially and jointly customers visits with Sales engineers outlets of our Channel partners to help generate business through a network of Retailers



Manage the technical and commercial support to outdoor outlets sales engineers Channels Partners



Support and assist technical and commercial Showrooms outlets staff of our Channels partners



Manage a regular refreshment the marketing tools in showrooms of our channels partners



Keep updating the literatures tools catalogues leaflets brochuresetc. in Showrooms partners.


Skills


Basic Qualifications



BSc in Electrical Engineering with 57 Years experience in Distribution and Control's System switchgear experience and sound knowledge in similar positions in the sales and marketing departments of MNCs.



Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an added asset.



Driving License is a must.



Good sound knowledge of Saudi markets and channels including competitive knowledge would be an added advantage.
