Job Description
Handling of inside Technical and Sales activities relating to Projects High and Medium size Within Western region Saudi Arabia both cooper and Eaton fit to portfolio products and systems To handle the inquiries and provide quotations to customers direct orand through Channel partners and maintaining close communication with outside procurement customers and inside Product line manager to assure high customer opportunity and order win ratio. Responsibility for inside sales activities and post order management in liaison with Segment leaders Estimation Engineering production and Customer service team.
Responsible to meet and exceed assigned sales targets to meet organizational strategic objectives
Manage and handle the prequalification requirement of our Factory towards consultant and End users on order to secure that Eaton products system are approved .
Manage and handle a regular follow up to Customers commercial and technical requirement for existing and new requirement or and new projects in pipe line and awarded .
Manage and follow an assessment technical evaluation process for each inquiry related to Direct deal with company from main sector .
Scrutiny of inquiries on job in hand basis orand awarded to EPC Subcontractors to determine that they are within full solution MV LV control UPS lighting CBS WA ATS power factor corrector offer of scope of supply
Identify the products and quantities for the bill of material. Evaluate specifications to determine if we can comply
Liaison with factories for inquiries that cannot be satisfied with standard catalogue items and help selectidentify special adaptations of products to meet customer needs
Liaison with the customers RSM Plant to resolve discrepancies with regard to technical or contractual requirements
Preparation of a complete and comprehensive offer with any exceptions or special considerations clearly stated in line with the customer due date
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and RSM's resulting in excellent pre and postsales service to customers
Assist coordination of delivery schedules with parameters given by production and through the relevant Customer service team
Regular liaison with customers to pursue potential orders
Accurate record keeping sales office administration.
Skills
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
Five to seven years' experience within a large sales organization preferably within power projects all sectors
Able to demonstrate a high degree of commercial and product application knowledge to the customer service functions
Good communication skills internal and external able to deal with colleagues and customers at all levels in a multicultural environment
Computer literate hands on experience of SAP or similar system
Strong organizational skills able to manage priorities and schedule activities with minimal supervision to meet a number of competing deadline
A team player able to build effective working relationships
