Store Manager - United International Business (UIB)

For Jeddah and other branches.



PURPOSE

The store manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, and effective supervision and management of the staff in the store. Store manager is responsible for creating a "best in class” selling culture and ensure smooth operations in the store .responsible of managing and maximizing store sales, talent management. Visual merchandising management and operations management .He will provide leadership to all team members in the store to help realizing its mission, vision and values.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities

1-Meet store sales target and maximize profitability through monitoring KPI's, controlling discount, petty cash and general expenses and preventing stock loss by executing control policies and procedures, organize and carry-out accurate stock-take and hold store personnel accountable to strictly abide by inventory control and loss prevention policies and procedures.

2- Maintain maximum level of store cleaning and ensure interior and exterior of the store is well maintained in all times and as per the company rules. Report and supervise all maintenance works in the shop regularly. Ensure protection of company assets and resources by following policies, processes and procedures of the company

3- Prepare work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties, provide appropriate training to store subordinates and supervise their work throughout their employment at the store .

4- Responsible of all cash control in the store and any reconciliation of problems that may arise, and ensure all banking is completed according to company's policies and procedures.

5- Maintains a professional working relationship with all employees by spreading a positive professional and sales oriented environment, and promote a culture open to internal feedback .

6- Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well-kept .And ensures all merchandise is stoked, priced correctly and neatly displayed in accordance with brand guidelines.

7- Conduct store meetings with employees as needed to ensure that all policies and procedures are clear and to discuss targets and customer service issues and any other relevant subjects.

8- Assist customer and respond to customer complains requests, queries and comments and ensure sales associates are developing and retaining long-term clients.

9- Pro-actively manage any merchandising needs by monitoring merchandising standards through appropriate reports and proper communication with direct manager about product needs and quality issues.

10- Take ownership of VM standards and ensure that all VM guidelines are implemented efficiently and product presentation is well maintained in accordance with brand principles and store's commercial needs.

11- Enforce safety, health and security rules in accordance with company's policies and procedures and country rules ( municipality, civil defense, chamber of commerce,etc .. ), and maintain safe working conditions for employees and customers .

12- Motivate, encourage and challenge employees to drive sales, and conduct regular performance appraisal for all subordinates and report it to management on timely manner .
