Procurement Manager is responsible to drive local purchase activities for indirect material and services, working together with the Supplier Management team and different stakeholders to ensure supply of high quality material and services at lowest possible price.
- Good experience with procurement processes, supplier management, contract management, competitive bidding and market conditions.
- Manage the procurement of all Company materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures, and are received within the time, specification and budget schedules.
- Plane and manage the central procurement activities.
- Implement global, cluster and local contacts.
- Manage local supplier base.
- Develop & Maintain relationship with key stakeholders.
- Ensure optimization of Purchase to Payment processes.
- Ensure the timely lodgment of insurance and warranty claims for unsatisfactory materials and equipment.
- Liaise with the Engineering to prepare the procurement schedule, co-ordinate with projects, order material according to specification, standards, drawings and scope of work.
