Implement and maintain QPM’s Quality Assurance & Control systems on client project site; Ensure timely quality management, tracking and control at project sites and collate and analyze site quality reports to ensure high quality, world class project management services to clients.
- Able to lead the QA / QC team for one project.
- Able to prepare Quality Control Program and Plans.
- Able to make method of statement.
- Check the material and verify if it is complying with the Specifications
- Should know the International Specifications
- Understand very well the drawings of the project and should have enough technical information.
- Able to close out the project.
- Able to prepare the Material Submittals.
- Able to make and maintain filing system for all the project document.
- Able to make test plan for the projects.
- Able to make Material Submittal Plan
-Able to make Drawings Submittal Plan and inspection and test plan
- Able to make reply all the remarks from the Client technically.
- Able to make Daily report etc.
