Responds to IT technical assistance requests

Diagnoses amp resolves technical hardware and software issues.

Logs all help desk interactions in the helpdesk system.

Installs and configures computers

Installs and configures printers and copiers

Configure official email over internet on Blackberry device

Ensures AutoCAD 2010 applications are installed and updated.

Prepares Purchase Requests and follows up with supplier andor Procurement Department.

Performs security and backup duties for the site

Requests followsup configures operates and monitors site internet connection

Implements corporate polices in the site and escalates in case of any conflicts.

Performs other duties as required
