Job descriptionResearch develop and coordinate the “In House” training program for new entrantstrainees in preparation for their placement into various business departments and ensure that they are properly prepared to contribute positively to the department’s objective. Monitor and record on trainees’ performance to senior management to assist in final recruitment decision andor recommendations for future training. Provide tuition for external professional examination to ensure employees are properly prepared to thoroughly handle all relevant business transaction. Prepare and implement technical training programs which will enhance employee’s knowledge and ability to achieve their business goals.
