- Regularly visits stores and makes sure stores operational checklist is fulfilled;
- Ensures that the operation is successful and also functioning within the guidelines that apply to all stores;
- Works with sales team to encourage them to succeed and offers them guidance to help keeping the stores within the defined guidelines;
- Provides product knowledge support for sales teams and prepares brand presentations;
- Prepares several reports including business review by categories for each brand;
- Participates in annual reviews of brand performance and other aspects related to the success of the operation;
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks on as-needed basis to maintain processes and improve workflow.
