-Process stationery, printing and newspaper requests and issue them appropriately to end users.
-Monitor stock level so that there are adequate supplies to departments at all times and within budget.
-Maintain necessary stock records for stationery receipts, issues and balances for reconciliation and to facilitate re-orders
-Process parking assignments in accordance to company policy and management decisions
-Maintain records on requests received from departments, action taken, status and if possible comments on the service rendered to facilitate continuous improvement.
-Communicate feedback to facilitate negotiations for various contracts and ensure deliveries/services are as per specifications.
-Prepare and rationalize budget related to office support services
-Prepare Scope of work of all office support contracted services and materials
-Maintain awareness of the best practice in office procedures and recommend improvements to ensure effective and efficient office support operations.
-Keep Office Support Supervisor apprised of daily activities
-Assist other personnel and cover for the team members as may be assigned during their absence.
-Perform other duties as assigned
