Custumer Care (Telecommunication Engineer)

• To handle customers in a professional way as per the standards set to ensure that every interaction with the customer is a quality experience

• To ensure that the KPI’s are understood and met on a timely manner

• To understand and attending to special needs of customers in a timely fashion in order to meet and exceed customer expectations

• To provide technical/data support to customers most effectively and offer Loaner phones to customer wherever applicable

• To monitor & control on customer hold time, receipts, and delivery and service collections

• To collect cash on customers on repairs and reconciling the same by the end of the day with no discrepancy

• Attend and secure a good score in all internal trainings conducted

• Arrange all received shipments on a priority-FIFO sort which will ensure that the shipments are being identified and tracked in accordance with the production plan

• Preserve, handle and transport customer property under controlled and specified conditions to ensure that there is no damage or loss of customer property

• Minimize all job card errors and discrepancies which will assure clarity and parity in external customer information that are being communicated to the internal customers
