General Manager required for large Precast Factory in Al-Ain. Total experience in major civil structural works preferred. Qualification in Structural Engineer, Civil Engineering or Equivalent is a must. Background of quality Management and project Management required. Previous experience in Pre-stress, Precast, Hollow core and Concrete Batching plant is an added benefit. Should have good experience into Budgeting, Profit and Loss, managing plant and facility stores. Able to manage subordinate staff and ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time. Excellent communication skills. Attractive salary and sales incentive offered.
