1. Develops, administrates Applications and databases as for:
Designs and implements linkages to various databases.
Performance and SLA management reportage.
Supports Help Desk functions and logging.
2. Application modules implementation according to best practice and business processes.
3. Co-ordinates and implements with application and DB support team the security of the applications.
4. Records ALL application security changes.
5. Records all Application development and Implementations.
6. Prepares and maintains all applications and DB operational procedures and documentation.
7. Maintain the audit requirements of the systems and the related data.
8. Performs other related duties as requested.
9. Attends Applications faults and the necessary remedy actions to solve systems problems with proper logging.
10. Monitors and evaluates Application performance and suggests improvements as necessary. Utilizes modern tools and methods in this regard.
11. Trains users and operations as needed to enable them to use the new applications efficiently.
12. Database administration and security
13. DB Disaster recovery
14. ERP documentation (reporting,checklist, SOP, training )
15. Establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security.
16. Installing and testing new modules and features of the ERP.
