Oversee the Fumin coating operations are processed & delivered to customers as per contract.
Maintain compliance with defined safety standards, quality & prevent losses, fines, damage to customer’s assets.
Liaise with customer / consultant, upon project completion to carry final hand over, invoicing & relevant documents.
Ensure that technicians / team are skilled to operate the equipment, including safety & health practices.
Plan & schedule manpower as per demands for the services / production.
Develop & implement operations procedures, workflow standards for consistency.
Proper utilization of resources to maintain effective operation with minimal expense & avoid wastage.
Plan & procure required materials, equipment & consumables as per defined budget.
Periodically review the process & introduce measures to improve efficiency & cost savings.
Technical guidance & support to sales team on customer requirements.
Demonstrate the capability of product line when required.
Assist the sales team to present the product in catalogs, brochures etc.
Develop team’s knowledge, skills & responsibilities, perform staff appraisals.
Participate in manpower recruitment activities for present & future vacancies.
Ensure that company policies are applied while employee grievances are addressed & resolved.
Oversee Ad-hoc projects, as and when instructed by the management.
Carry out other duties or roles which may be assigned from time to time.
