Saudi company looking for It manager to improve it's infrastructure with the capability to handle the nature of the work.
Network Installation, Monitoring and Support:
• Oversees the day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure including hardware/software support.
• Assists in providing IT infrastructure hardware/software
support; maintains IT infrastructure user documentation including hardware/software applications, support logs and other related information; researches and recommends IT infrastructure solutions and server hardware and software.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots the IT infrastructure logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems.
• Investigate Technical possibilities and new solution in answer to requests from management .
• Support in the design, deployment and configuration of new server solutions.
• Perform disaster recovery tests and ensures that the results are reported to the management.
Installation, Monitoring and Support:
• Researches, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves IT infrastructure related problems
• Implements IT infrastructure operational procedures
• Installs IT infrastructure equipment and provides support for handsets.
