Customer Service Agent | Qatar Duty Free | Doha - Qatar Airways

About Your Job:



The Customer Services Agent is responsible for providing Qatar Duty Free stakeholders with the information about the Duty Free Shops, greet customers, answering questions, providing any necessary services to ensure a customers satisfaction, either face to face or via telephone inquiry. You will be tasked with ensuring that all stakeholders receive a high standard of customer service from the information desk and are satisfied with the services they receive.



About You:



Minimum high school qualification is mandatory however a diploma or associate degree would be preferred. A good standard of written and spoken English language skills is a must and spoken arabic language skills is desirable.
